We stayed in bed this morning a bit longer than normal, just laid there. I put my head on my husband's chest to listen to him breath.

Before getting up, he said it was nice to lay there with me and kissed me on the top of my head before getting out of bed.

What a great morning.

After the kids went to bed, we sat on the couch. I sat up against him and we watch a movie. It was very nice, the house was quite, the living room glowed from t.v., I could feel his chest heaving as he breathed.

I could have stayed like that all night.

Idea 2

How about try dancing? Turn on the radio and dance in the living room. If you could move the kitchen table that would give you more room to slow dance.


My husband found it fun and romantic too.

Tonight, try taking a bath or shower with your spouse. If your bath tub isn't very big a nice shower together will work just as well. Don't forget to wash each other. It might not only surprise your spouse but provide an enjoyable evening.

I've been married for 18 years. A few of my friends have complained about lack of romance. Is it due to the economy? I begun to wonder. I've decided to try an experiment, how about 14 ideas of romance that won't cost anything. I wouldn't use all the ideas I come up with all at once but perhaps it will help.
